We are thrilled to announce our next Pop-Up in Zürich to celebrate the upcoming Winter season. In this ocassion, we would like to showcase a couple of ingredients that are starting to peak due to the low temperatures. Chous, Flowers, Citrus, Turnips and a very rare Vegetable called Kardy, an Artichoke parented Green, which is currently being cultivated in Switzerland. Wild birds will also be the stars of the evening. All this in the usual Bodegon manner; excellent company, joyful food and the best wine, cocktail and non-alc pairings.

Price: 89 CHF for a 5-course menu. Reservation (30 CHF) is necessary and will be deducted from the remaining balance at the end of the dinner.
