SOUND TEMPLE - Open Session (free entrance)

This is a part of Sanapurna open day - entrance is free of charge. Registration is required for capacity reasons.

Sound Temple is an intentional sound space in service of individual and collective wellbeing. Renate gently opens the session with grounding and embodiment practices, inviting you to arrive fully in your body. From there, you will move into sound and voice exploration, including mantra chanting—where you are welcome to express your voice or simply receive the vibrations.

In the second part, relax deeply into a nourishing sound bath with gong, crystal bowls, and other instruments, allowing the frequencies to harmonise your energy and bring you into a state of inner balance.

No prior experience needed. Suitable for all who wish to rest, restore, and reconnect through sound. The session is guided in English.
