Visible offline: public box offices
Selling tickets via public box offices is free for you as an organiser and activated automatically.
- Ideal for people without internet access or for regional visibility
- Partners: post offices, tourist offices, bookshops and many more (Erfurt Tourismus and Bayreuth Tourismus.)
Tip: Communicate this presale option on your channels to reach a broader audience.
How to use Facebook properly for your presale
Integrate your ticket presale on your Facebook fan page. With Facebook, you quickly increase your reach while the ticket presale still runs through a single platform.
How it works:
- If you don't have a Facebook page, create a Facebook event
- For public as well as private events, you can add the ticket URL of your presale
- In the «Ticket URL» field, add our short URL, which you can generate and copy in the cockpit under «Marketing»
