Art therapy offers a relaxing way to express your feelings and gain deeper self-understanding. It reduces stress and brings a sense of peace through creativity.  

Everyone is welcome! No drawing skills needed – art therapy is about self-expression, not perfection. 

Expotranskultur (ETKultur), an association dedicated to cultural bridging, connects immigrants and locals through events that promote mutual understanding.  

This event will be held in English. If needed, translation into Russian or Ukrainian can be provided.
