You’ll get a hands-on experience with the art of empathic listening - a way to support trust, compassion, and allow a deeper connection to happen.

Yes :) Empathy is the key to connection and understanding. It plays a huge role in every interaction we have - at work, in our relationships, and in how we relate to ourselves (not to mention politics..). Imagine what the world would look like if all of us had more empathy for each other!

This workshop is based on Nonviolent Communication (NVC) - a mindful communication approach developed by psychologist Marshall Rosenberg. It teaches how to connect, moment-by-moment, with what's most human in ourselves and others, ultimately transforming the way we relate to one another. I'm a mediator, Certified Trainer for Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and NARM-Informed Professional. I am fascinated by human connection, empathy, and dialogue. Since 2019, I've been helping individuals, couples, and teams have courageous conversations and transform their conflicts.
