This 4-part series in Zürich invites you into a deeper exploration of embodied movement through Butoh Dance and Authentic Movement.
We create a space to slow down, to listen, and to rediscover the body beyond habitual movement patterns.
You are invited to perceive, to allow, and to be moved from within.

► BODY AWARENESS Body perception and mindfulness
► RHYTHM Exploration of flow and form
► SLOWNESS + SPACIOUSNESS Expansion of your sense of time and space
► IMAGINATION Opening to inner imagery and subtle perception
► EXPRESSION + CO-CREATION Individual and collective improvisation and witnessing

Movement arises from sensations, images, and inner impulses.
Moments of stillness, emptiness, or intensity are part of the process.
Limitations or blockage are becoming material for your authentic expression.

In this process, the dance becomes raw, personal, and alive.

The group space includes witnessing, sharing, and collective presence.
Over the course of these four sessions, a deeper connection to your own movement language can unfold.

No prior experience needed — open to all bodies, genders and background.

Diese 4-teilige Serie in Zürich lädt dich zu einer vertieften Erforschung von verkörperter Bewegung durch Butoh Tanz und Authentic Movement ein.
Wir schaffen einen Raum, um zu entschleunigen, zu lauschen und unseren Körper jenseits gewohnter Bewegungsmuster neu zu erfahren.
Du bist eingeladen, wahrzunehmen, zuzulassen und dich von innen heraus bewegen zu lassen.

ABOUT MARIUS SOLUNA

Marius Soluna is a multidisciplinary artist and Butoh practitioner with over twenty years of experience, exploring the intersection of visual poetry, embodied awareness, and the transformative potential of dance.

Since 2020, he has been developing his own evolving methodology. His work unfolds through performances, workshops, and immersive seminars across Europe.
