We’ll start with a gentle guided first hour, where I’ll share simple massage principles, invite presence, and set clear, friendly agreements around consent so everyone feels comfortable and safe.

After that, we open into two hours of free-flow exploration. You’re welcome to give or receive massage, take a break, observe, or simply follow into cuddles what feels right for you in the moment.

No experience needed — just curiosity and care.
