Nidra Sound

Step into a deeply restorative journey with Nidra Sound, a special class that blends the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra with the healing power of sound. Each session begins with 10–15 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, to calm the mind and body and lead you into the hypnagogic state — a deeply relaxed, restorative state between wakefulness and sleep.

After this grounding practice, the class transitions into a soothing sound bath, where healing sound frequencies support the release of tension, stress, and old patterns.
