About RESTORE:

RESTORE is a shortened version of Eloise's signature monthly breathwork deep-dive BREATHE - a sensory exploration into the spirit and science of the body through the breath. 

This adapted session has all the goodness of a longer breathwork practice and is the perfect way to establish and sustain a regular breathwork practice that keeps your nervous system at a healthy baseline; ideal if you are short on time, want to embed a regular breathwork practice into your week, or are simply curious to dip your toes into the world of somatics and the breath without committing to a longer session.

What is nervous system regulation?

Everyone is talking about nervous system regulation - but what does it actually mean? A regulated nervous system does not mean we feel calm all the time - it means we can adapt flexibly and appropriately between states of arousal (rest and digest, fight or flight) in response to what life demands from us.

These sessions meet you where you are, working intuitively with your lived experience and nervous system state to find what is most needed and suitable for you in the moment. One size does not fit all, and in these intimate sessions you’ll be guided into a safe, supportive space to drop into the bodymind, release stagnancy, and open up to new perspectives so that you can respond, rather than react, to life's rhythms.  

These small group sessions, limited to five participants, enable a high level of support, care and personalised guidance not possible in larger groups - resulting in a collective session that is highly tailored to you. Since experience without integration loses its value, you’ll leave with a practical integration booklet to anchor your practice and bring it into your everyday life.

Who is this workshop for?

RESTORE is suitable for all levels - no prior breathwork experience is required. However, this breathwork style is not suitable for those with certain medical conditions, please read the GTC waiver carefully before buying your ticket.

Cost of participation:

To make the healing arts accessible, these sessions are offered on a sliding scale basis. Your ticket includes all equipment and materials, nourishing herbal tea, and an integration booklet.

If you are unsure which ticket price to choose, you can refer the the Green Bottle sliding scale system by Alexis J. Cunningfolk below. Please choose the ticket that reflects your current financial situation:

SUPPORTER TICKET: This ticket supports your own wellbeing and pays it forward. You meet your basic needs and have a stable financial situation. Paying this rate supports the facilitator and enables community access.

STANDARD TICKET: This ticket covers the true cost of the session. You may have limited financial means, but meet your basic needs and have some expendable income (for things like eating out or buying new things).

LOW/NO INCOME: This subsidised, reduced ticket is offered on a limited basis. You face significant financial stress, are unemployed, struggling to meet your basic needs, or receiving government support.
