This weekend yoga retreat is an invitation to slow down and return to what truly matters.
Yoga is a practice of removal. A gradual undoing of layers of beliefs, habits, expectations, and limiting thoughts that keep us distant from our authentic self. Rather than adding more, we create space: for presence, listening, and simply being.
Over the course of the weekend, we will reconnect with a slower rhythm through asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), dharana (focused attention), and time in nature. Morning and evening practices will support grounding, softness, and inner clarity, leaving space in between for rest and integration.
The retreat takes place at Haus Erlengrund, just one hour from Berlin, immersed in nature. Surrounded by forest and lake, it offers a calm refuge for senses overstimulated by city life. A place where time softens and the nervous system settles.
The retreat is limited to a small, intimate group to allow for depth, presence, and personal attention.
What to expect:
- Daily yoga practices
- Opening and closing circles
- Three nourishing vegetarian meals per day
- Free time to rest, enjoy the sauna, walk in nature, or swim in the lake (for the brave April souls)
