In this guided session, we blend conscious connected breathwork with cacao to open the heart and soundscapes, music, and vibrational tones designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep inner connection.

This is a space to awaken, to remember, and to come home to yourself. We land in the body, soften the mind, and allow the practice to flow naturally from the energy in the room.

Certified Breathwork Facilitator (400h Alchemy of Breath), spiritual mentor, and founder of Breath of My Life. With a background in sound healing, Reiki, and transformational guidance, Petra weaves breath, movement, and soul connection into deeply restorative experiences. Her sessions invite you to slow down, release tension, and awaken inner clarity – creating space for transformation and authentic self-connection.

SIMONE BÖSCH
Certified Breathwork Facilitator (400h Alchemy of Breath, Yin Breathwork), working with groups and individuals online and in person in the Zurich area. Simone combines breathwork with massage, therapeutic touch, Reiki, visualization, TRE, meditation, and Authentic Relating – supporting emotional release and embodied healing.

✨ Best to come with an empty (but comfortable) stomach

Contraindications
Conscious connected breathwork is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or living with:
🔹 Heart disease, glaucoma, or retinal detachment
🔹 Thyroid conditions or uncontrolled high blood pressure
🔹 Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or epilepsy
🔹 Uncontrolled diabetes, or brain/abdominal aneurysms

If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler. If unsure, consult your healthcare provider before joining.

Cancellation Policy
Registration is binding. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the event.
A 50% cancellation fee applies. Refunds via TWINT or Swiss bank transfer.
No refund for no-shows or late cancellations.
