As we move beyond the Equinox, we gather the experiences, lessons, connections, and gifts of this chapter. Through conscious movement, music, and authentic presence, we open the heart to gratitude, release what is complete, and celebrate everything life has brought us.

Out of respect for everyone’s time and experience, please arrive early enough to check in, settle down, and be ready for the opening circle. We may wait up to 5 minutes at most, but please plan to be on time.

We use instruments like singing bowls, wind chimes, drum, and gentle voice, along with palo santo or sage for energetic cleansing. These vibrations support release, grounding, and guide you back into inner harmony.
