Join us as we breathe and move to come home to our bodies, arrive in the present and release what no longer serves us.
We are Laura Maria & Nina, Keur certified breathwork teachers that would love to guide you through an hour of gentle activation to bring awareness to our bodies and then down-regulation to ground ourselves.
We invite you to wear comfortable clothes that you can easily breathe and move in. Mats and props are provided.
This class is taught in English.
