As summer unfolds, nature embraces the Fire element—a season of warmth, vitality, and deep connection. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), this time is linked to the Heart and Small Intestine, organs that govern not only our emotional balance and clarity, but also our capacity for joy and meaningful relationships.
Join the Zürich Wellness community, along with Yoga Instructor Vanessa Viane and TCM Practitioner Mounia, for a nourishing afternoon designed to help you harmonize with summer’s vibrant energy.
The experience begins with a 45-minute guided yoga flow led by Vanessa, that gently opens the heart, calms the mind, and awakens the body.
After a short break with light refreshments, Mounia will briefly introduce the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and how this ancient system understands balance, seasonal rhythms, and the connection between body and mind. Within this context, Mounia will explore the Fire element and the energy of the summer months. Participants will then be guided into a deeply relaxing acupuncture meditation. Three carefully selected acupuncture points will be applied to support the heart, calm the mind, and help the body stay balanced during summer.

You will also learn two simple acupressure points you can easily use at home to support relaxation and wellbeing throughout the season.
The afternoon concludes with a grounding closing circle, calming soundscape, and nourishing treats aligned with summer energy.
