Based on the powerful autobiography by Ruben Gallego, “White on Black” is a deeply moving performance that speaks to the resilience of the human spirit.
Born with cerebral palsy and separated from his family, a young boy grows up in Soviet orphanages unequipped to care for children with disabilities. In a world of silence, pain, and isolation, he discovers strength in observation, imagination, and ultimately, the written word.

Selected for an international theatre festival in Romania, this performance will be a special premiere with a new cast, right before the ensemble travels to present the piece abroad.
After the show, we invite you to stay for a conversation with the actors — a relaxed gathering over a glass of prosecco, where you can ask questions, share
