What’s included:
✅ Pre-work: Gather authentic feedback with a tailored interview form from friends, peers & colleagues
✅ Session 1: Reflect on what others see in you, clarify your value, and begin shaping your personal brand
→ You'll draft 1–2 achievement stories and test new ways of introducing yourself with confidence
✅ Session 2: Move from draft to prototype—refine your brand, practice your story, and get real-time peer feedback
→ We’ll use Design Thinking and our AI-powered Achievement Story Coach to help you sharpen your message
✅ 1:1 coaching session with Stefano or Stefanie in May to fine-tune your brand and build a tailored strategy to apply it across CV, LinkedIn, networking & interviews

Join our exclusive 5-part workshop series tailored for ambitious life science leaders like you. Each workshop equips you with proven strategies and tangible actions to navigate career transitions with confidence, and clarity. Here’s how it works:

1. Kick-off with a FREE online starter session (1 hour) to explore the key concepts.

2. Engage in a hands-on 2-hour in-person group training with proven life science leaders recognized for their expertise in this area.

3. Get 1:1 coaching to make the strategies your own, and "bring the rubber on the road".

These workshops are co-facilitated by Dr. Stefanie Zechner, Founder and CEO of nextImpact, alongside a highly accomplished life science leader who has navigated their own career transition and turned obstacles into breakthroughs. Together, they bring real-world insights and proven strategies to help participants navigate career transitions with confidence.

To foster a safe, interactive learning environment, where every participant gets personal attention and achieves their learning goals, each in-person workshop is limited to 8-12 participants.

For added flexibility, each workshop topic offers two scheduling options: participants can choose between a Tuesday evening session (6:00 - 8:00 PM) or a Saturday morning session (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM) to fit their schedule best.
