Sunday Breathwork Sessions
Take a moment to reset and prepare for the week ahead. These Sunday sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your breath, calm your mind, and restore balance.
What to expect:
- Gentle movement and grounding exercises
- Guided introduction to the power of breath and safety principles
- A variety of breathing techniques
- ~35 minutes of deeper breathwork
- Integration and relaxation
