BREATHWORK FOR MEN
led by a woman
Theme: Who am I?
About the event
In a fast-paced world driven by performance, responsibility, and constant mental load, many men rarely pause to ask essential questions:
Who am I - beyond my roles?
How do I actually feel?
How is my body coping with pressure and stress?
What state is my nervous system in?
This evening offers a structured, grounded breathwork experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and gain clarity through direct experience - not discussion or analysis.
The session is practical, embodied, and accessible, even if you have never done breathwork before.
No sharing is required. Silence and privacy are fully respected.
What is breathwork
Breathwork is the intentional use of breathing patterns to influence the nervous system, emotional regulation, and mental clarity.
Modern research shows that conscious breathing can:
- reduce stress and burnout symptoms
- support emotional regulation and resilience
- improve focus and decision-making
- support better sleep and recovery
- help regulate the nervous system under pressure
Breathwork is increasingly used in leadership development, elite sports, therapy, and corporate wellbeing environments.
Evening structure:
18:00 - 18:20 - Arrival and settling
