Join me for a grounding Sound Meditation & Soundbath experience designed to calm your mind, release tension, and restore your energy. We’ll begin with 5–10 minutes of gentle meditation and breathwork, helping you arrive fully in the present moment, center yourself, and prepare for deep relaxation. ✨
After the meditation, you’ll be carried by the immersive vibrations of the soundbath, featuring crystal bowls and other healing instruments. These soothing sounds guide you into a meditative state of harmony, allowing stress to melt away and your inner balance to be restored. 🎶💫
