Learn to cope with your anxiety with practical tools to control, reduce and stop anxiety and panic attacks.
During the 5 meetings, we will focus on :
• practicing breathing exercises,
• gaining a better understand of the anxiety mechanism,
• reinforcing coping mechanism.
