WHAT WE ARE GOING TO DO:
👉🏼🌃😴Evening Calm Down Session to RELAX & RELEASE TENSION in the body, mind & whole energy system ~ with some gentle feminine Qi Gong, Yin & Restorative Yoga
plus 1 hour energy healing session that works overnight.
FEMININE QI GONG involves spiral-shaped movements that are slightly more dynamic than the ‘normal’ linear movements in all directions found in Qi Gong (masculine energy).
Everything in nature essentially flows in waves and spirals. Prana, or life force energy, flows through everything and with this we work within us and in our bodies.
With gentle movement, synchronised with our breath, we calm and clear the mind and our energy, release tension and relax into the body.
RESTORATIVE YOGA differs from Yin yoga simply in that it is fundamentally more focused on ‘rest’ alone – so there is no longer any ‘stretching sensation’ or other physical sensation involved – and is usually supported by props (bolsters, etc.).
But if there isn’t one larger cushion (or two smaller ones) available, that’s no problem – this session works just as well without one. :)
OVERNIGHT ENERGY HEALING SESSION: When you sleep, I work 1 hour on your behalf, harmonising your aura (=energy field) and your body/nervous system.

WHAT TO BRING:
be in a quiet calm space where you're able to really relax and calm down
-wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes
-bring a yoga mat or do the practice on some comfortable, stable carpet/undrground
-a tea or some water for in between/afterwards
-(if you have) bring a larger, more firm cushion or bolster, or the biggets you have to mix them up to a suited rest 'mountain' ;)
