We’ll begin with a grounding Yin Yoga practice—long-held, heart-centered poses to soften the body, calm the nervous system, and create space within. As we surrender into stillness, we invite the energy of the lunar cycle to guide us inward, supporting gentle release and introspection.
The session will gently flow into a Sound Bath, where you’ll be immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments—designed to deepen relaxation, clear energetic blockages, and reconnect you to your essence.
