An Ayurvedic massage is a meditative ritual designed to restore balance in the body, mind, and nervous system through conscious, intentional touch with natural oil that is generously applied with long, flowing strokes that follow the energetic pathways of the body.
⭐ The experience is both deeply grounding and revitalizing.
In this workshop, I will teach you the technical movements of this massage, inspired by the four elements. We will alternate between enveloping glides, gentle joint mobilization, and steady, grounding pressure—inviting the tissues to soften, open, and release.
✨ Beyond technique, this massage is an invitation into presence and connection with the person you are paired with. It is about taking the time to truly meet one another, sensing which elements feel most alive in the body and which may be out of balance.
