In this 1h15 session, you will move through slow hatha yoga guided by Max, then ease into a restorative sound journey by Océane, allowing you to transition from mindful movement into deep rest.
You will move through slow, grounding yoga that calms your nervous system and prepares you to fully relax into sound. Tibetan & crystal bowls will then guide you toward deep relaxation.
