Yoga, Sound Meditation & Community Gathering

An intimate evening to slow down and return home - to your body, your breath and your heart.

Through yoga and sound meditation, we turn inward and touch the quiet wisdom and light within that guide us.

After the practice, we’ll gather for tea, snacks and gently guided conversation - a moment to share presence and connection.

Community reminds us that we grow not in isolation but in togetherness - our roots intertwined, our light reflected in one another.

All props are provided.

Simply wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle if needed and just arrive.
