GASWERK MUSIC DAYS 2026 - day 5: PULSE & CURRENT
Ein Festivaltag, der sich komplexen rhythmischen Strukturen, erweiterter Instrumentierung und explorativen elektronischen Formen widmet. Über das gesamte Programm hinweg erzeugen eng verzahnte Percussion, akustische Instrumente und hybride Setups mit Live-Processing ein dichtes, nach vorn gerichtetes Klangfeld. Subtile Einflüsse aus nahöstlichen und arabischen Klang-Traditionen treten immer wieder hervor, ohne sich zu manifestieren.

A day centred on complex rhythmic structures, expanded instrumentation, and exploratory electronic forms. Across the program, tightly interlocked percussion, acoustic instrumentation, and hybrid setups with live processing drive a dense, forward-moving sonic field - precise yet open, physical yet detailed. Subtle threads of Middle Eastern and Arabic sonic elements surface throughout, without settling into fixed identities.
