Andy C shaped drum & bass like no other. Beeing in the scene for over 30 years, long before the term 'drum & bass' even existed, he pushed the genre to unknown heights, constantly set new milestones and build the next generation of DnB superstars: with his label 'RAM Records' he discovered and fostered the names of Chase & Status, Sub Focus, Wilkinson and many more and released many timeless tracks and albums.
Nicknamed 'The Executioner' he redefined what DJing means, winning 'Best DJ' at the DnBArena awards nine times in a row, to the extend the category became known as 'the Andy C award'. Together with MC Tonn Piper they form an unstoppable force, completely dismanteling the 'irresistible force' paradox, deforming hands to gunfingers and forcing feet to move restlessly like there's no tomorrow.
We're immensely proud to welcome these legends at MÄX to witness their sorcery for three full hours.
Subset residents Lukey and Gingerbell will accompany you into and out of the night, with Next Generation discovery Seismik playing her first set at MÄX.
