This session introduces Crossboxing—a unique blend of classic boxing technique and functional strength training, designed to build coordination, confidence, and full-body strength.
More than just a workout, this is a space to move, learn, and connect. With a DJ setting the atmosphere and a photographer capturing the session, the focus is on both performance and experience.
