Ladies Only Calisthenics Workshop - 2nd Edition
A beginner-friendly workshop just for women, focusing on the fundamentals of bodyweight training. We’ll work on strength, mobility, and technique in a supportive space. At the end of this workshop you will go home with exercises you can continue practicing on your own.
Whether you’re just starting out or already working on your calisthenics skills, this session will help you take the next step. Bodura guest coaches Jenny and Andrea will guide you through this workshop.

Please come 10 minutes early so we can start at 10:00!
What you can expect:
- Learn about the fundamentals of body-weight exercises, specifically calisthenics
- Guided warmup in group setting
- Skill practice: Pull ups, dips, handstands, toe to bar and more
- Personal assistance by your coaches
- Guided cool down in group setting
Note: If you are unable to attend, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that reservations are non-refundable, including in case of bad weather conditions. Photos and videos may be taken during the workout for content purposes. If you prefer not to appear, please inform the coach upon arrival.
This is an outdoor event. In case of bad weather circumstances the event may be canceled with 24h notice and can be refunded upon request by sending mail to bodura.ch@gmail.com
