Life doesn't make sense and neither does a lot of great comedy. Some of the best comedy is just unhinged people following their strangest ideas, and that's what this night is! Expect character comedy, risky jokes, big swings and constant unpredictability. If you are into all things wacky and crazy and a bit confusing then this is certainly the show for you.

The show will be hosted by top local comedian Teddy Hall and feature a variety of other comedy talent.
The show takes place at the heart of great comedy in Basel, The Beast Comedy Club. The venue is air-conditioned.

About the comedians:

Teddy Hall (@teddyhallcomedy)

Since 2017 Teddy Hall has been performing all over Europe from his base in Switzerland. Presenting a uniquely introspective and self-reflective brand of comedy, Teddy's raw and authentic style has lead to him headlining shows across Europe and featuring on television in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Romania, followed by selling out shows in 1over 10 different countries. Teddy's comedy veers from the profound to the inane with a fundamentally empathetic and optimistic view on life.

In 2025, Teddy's show SLAYBOY won "Best Comedy" at Reykjavik Fringe Festival. Teddy was nominated for a Swiss Comedy Award 2022 (and lost) and has also featured on Comedy Central DE Roast Battle and is the first mainland European comedian to be featured on LMAOF, the OnlyFans Comedy Production. In his hometown of Basel he has been a driving force of the comedy scene, leading to him be vice-chair of The Beast, Basel's first comedy club.

Teddy has opened for Todd Barry, Alok, Elf Lyons, Victor Patrascan, Gianmarco Soresi, Dragos, Ashley Gavin,  Robby Slowik, Mike Rice, Patrick Spicer, Casey Balsham, Emma Dalenberg, Gauri B, Vidura BR, and many more. He attended the Ecole Philippe Gaulier in the summer of 2025.
