"Choreography & Creation – From Idea to Movement" with Viktoria Matveeva
In this seminar, I share choreographic techniques and approaches that show how a full piece can emerge from simple questions, ideas, music, or images. Together, we will explore:
How does one develop a concept?
How does an idea grow into choreography?
What tools help in discovering your own movement patterns?
How can one work in a structured way while staying free in expression?
This workshop is a laboratory for the curious. We follow the traces of inspiration, translate thoughts into movement, and turn inner landscapes outward. With tools that turn the body into a storyteller—and with intuition that knows when it's time to break the rules.
In the end, something alive emerges: a collaboratively created piece that is born during this week.
