Dear Erasmi, We are excited to invite you to our thrilling ski weekend at the UNESCO Swiss Alps Aletsch World Heritage Site! Are you ready to experience snow-covered mountains, clear blue skies, warm sunshine, and breathtaking views? Join us for the ESN Ski Weekend, which will take place from December 13th to 15th at the stunning Aletsch Arena ski center. We have 10 spots available for this incredible weekend! On Friday, we'll prepare a delicious risotto, and on Saturday, you'll enjoy a Swiss specialty called Älplermagronen. There will also be ski lessons for beginners (for an additional fee. you'll receive the eventfrog if you said yes in the registration form) and some classic après-ski fun.
REGISTRATION: Will be opened on November 15th at 20:00.
WHERE: Winterthur main train station next to RiceUp.
WHEN: Friday 13th of December, 2024 at 13:45. Please be on time. We will return to Winterthur at around 20:30 on Sunday 15th of December.
Tickets include: train tickets to Fiescheralp and back, two nights in the Aletsch Arena ski center, skipasses, two nights dinner, two breakfasts, and some drinks and snacks (feel free to bring more drinks of your own)!
Tickets DO NOT include: lunches, Ski goggles or sunglasses, gloves, ski jacket and pants.

Important Info: Be sure to take warm clothing. Arrive on time at the Winterthur train station meeting point

Adequate insurance cover is the responsibility of the participants. Refund policy:
Please understand that ESN Bern cannot issue refunds on any tickets sold due to multiple reasons. You are allowed to resell the ticket to fellow students / ESN members (with the same train reductions).
Also note that the illness insurance is provided by Eventfrog and ESN has nothing to do with it.
