TICKET PURCHASE: ! make sure that you register each ticket under a different individual name (corresponding to the ID/passport of the ticket holder) and use each individual
e-mail address (Modular ticket Shop_Clubvision).
If you do not receive our confirmation email with the QR link within 15min, please check your spam folder and check if the amount has been debited. If you use a Hotmail/Gmx provider, you may not receive our blocked e-mail. Write to us by e-mail or web form and please enter all your (and other / new ticket holders) details.
