Clown training includes:
- Warm-up exercises to increase body sensitivity, muscle elasticity, reaction speed, perception, concentration and coordination.
- Playful interaction and communication games between performers
- Research and selection of character paths for your own clown character
- Basics of improvisation and storytelling

Lena Binski is a Berlin-based director and performer specializing in clowning and physical theatre. She concentrates on physical theatre storytelling, comedy creation and directing, as well as developing and teaching clown workshops in Germany and abroad.
