Yes, you can buy tickets in the app. Your tickets are saved in the navigation at the bottom left under «Tickets».

What payment methods are available in the app?

* The payment methods «Pay on site» and «Prepayment» can only be selected if the organiser offers them.

Can I print out tickets that I have purchased in the app?

Of course, you can also print out tickets that you have purchased using the app.

Simply log in to our website with the user account with which you purchased your tickets.

Under «My tickets» you will then find the PDF file of your tickets, which you can download and print out.

Can I save the tickets in my wallet?

Yes, you can simply add your ticket to your Apple Wallet in the Eventfrog app.
