How can I create an event on Eventfrog?
Click on «Create event», enter the date, time, location, ticket categories and prices – and you’re all set! You can publish your event straight away, without any review or approval process by Eventfrog.
Is it really possible to sell tickets for free?
Yes, it is! In every model, you can simply pass on the fees to your ticket buyers.
Which payment methods does Eventfrog support?
Eventfrog supports all common payment methods for ticket sales:
PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard – plus prepayment and cash payment on site.
Can I adjust my ticket categories later?
Yes. If you’re not using a seating plan, you can change ticket options, categories and contingents at any time – even after publication.
How can I track my ticket sales?
