Select the tickets and continue to the checkout. At the checkout, you will now see the «Voucher or discount code» field. Enter your gift card code there and click on «Redeem». The voucher value will be deducted from the shopping basket value.
If there is still a balance to pay, select the desired payment method, confirm that you have read the terms and conditions and click on «Buy now». Complete the transaction with your payment method. If the payment was successful, you can now print out your tickets directly or open them via our app.

You can use your gift card online on Eventfrog.ch or Eventfrog.de for tickets to any event.
No, that is not possible. The vouchers can only be redeemed online. If you select the payment method «Pay on site», it is not possible to use the voucher.
You will also not be able to redeem the voucher at physical ticket offices or via «Prepayment / prepayment».
Yes, you can of course use the remaining amount of a voucher on your next purchase.
