How do I take out ticket insurance?
You can insure your tickets during the purchase process. As soon as you have selected tickets and go to the shopping cart, you can insure the tickets.
If you have selected several tickets, you can also insure only individual tickets. The premium for the ticket insurance depends on the ticket price. Tickets with a price higher than 3.000 EUR cannot be insured.
Please note: If you want to use the payment method «Payment in advance to organiser:in, you cannot use the ticket insurance. If you choose insurance, this payment option will be hidden.
