The event has been postponed. However, I am unable to attend the alternative date. Will I get my money back?

This depends on whether you have taken out ticket insurance and the reasons why you are unable to attend on the postponement date.

In the event of a postponement after taking out ticket insurance, the following cases are covered:

  • official summons as a witness or juror in court,
  • Completion of military and civil defence,
  • holidays already booked,
  • a business occasion,
  • Invitation to a wedding

If you have not taken out ticket insurance, please contact the event organisers. They will decide if they will refund your ticket directly.

As the purchase contract is concluded between you and the organiser, Eventfrog as a ticketing platform cannot make any changes to bookings.
