Where is my ticket?

Overview:

You can access your ticket:

… immediately after your purchase as a direct download
… via the link in your confirmation email
… in the Eventfrog app
… view and download it in your Eventfrog account under «MyTickets».

Still can't find your ticket?

Search your inbox for «Eventfrog» or the subject line «Thank you for your order».
Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder – sometimes tickets end up there by mistake.
Log in to your account on Eventfrog and go to the «My Tickets».
