Opening of the Swiss Architecture Yearbook exhibition (SAY 2

Following the success of the first edition last September, Stiftung Architektur Schweiz SAS presented the second edition of the Swiss Architecture Yearbook 2025/2026.
The exhibition, now in its first stop after being shown at the S AM Schweizerisches Architekturmuseum in Basel, showcases architectural projects from all regions of Switzerland and offers a comprehensive inventory of Swiss architectural production, It also reflects the variety of Switzerland's regions, including urban and extra-urban areas, in which it develops, emphasizing central themes such as the diversity of responses to the challenges of the built environment and the local characteristics and potential of a given territory. It is an invitation to reflect on central issues in contemporary architecture: which themes are relevant today? Which projects offer exemplary solutions?
On the afternoon of Saturday, November 29, starting at 4:30 p.m., there will be a series of public discussions and meetings. Andreas Ruby, director of the S AM Schweizerisches Architekturmuseum, will talk with Mia Hägg, member of the selection committee. In addition, Ticino architects Francesco Buzzi and Giacomo Guidotti will present their two projects, which are among the 30 works and 4 special mentions selected by the committee
