Our payment methods for your purchase - secure and simple

We offer various payment options to make your purchase easy. Which payment methods are offered for each event is ultimately decided by the organisers themselves.

PayPal

Pay easily with PayPal at Eventfrog:

  • If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to the payment page
  • Enter your email address and confirm the payment

Google Pay and Apple Pay

Pay conveniently with Google Pay or Apple Pay.

  • If you have activated Google Pay or Apple Pay, you can also use them to pay at Eventfrog

Credit card

At Eventfrog you can easily pay by credit card Visa or Mastercard:

  • Enter your credit card details in the fields provided

Whether Visa or Mastercard, you are protected by the 3-D Secure procedure. This procedure is an important security standard for online shopping. If you do not have a 3-D Secure code, contact your bank or card issuer.

SOFORT bank transfer

Another digital payment option at Eventfrog is:

  • Instant bank transfer: Use the bank transfer and pay directly when purchasing tickets

Prepayment

If you select "Prepayment", you can transfer the outstanding amount for your order directly to the organiser.

  • Select "Prepayment" and transfer the amount within the specified payment period.

The organiser will decide whether this payment option is available.

Pay on-site

At some events, you can also pay for your tickets on-site. Whether this feature is available depends on the event organiser.

  • Select "on-site" as the payment method before completing the purchase.

It will be noted on your ticket and in the system that you still have to pay at the entrance.

Eventfrog gift voucher

That's precisely what our vouchers are made for. Simply redeem your gift voucher when you buy your ticket.

  • Enter your voucher code in the "Voucher or discount code" field.
  • Click on "Redeem"
  • The voucher is automatically offset against the ticket price
