PDX Voices from Portland, Oregon, is an award-winning mixed gender vocal ensemble, with a focus on barbershop harmony music, founded in January 2019. Under the direction of Robert Roman, PDX Voices proudly stands among the first mixed-gender ensembles in the history of the Barbershop Harmony Society (BHS). BHS's "Everyone In Harmony" (EIH) initiative served as the impetus for the founding of this chorus. Through the “EIH” initiative, PDX Voices was built on a commitment to inclusion, respect, integrity, diversity, and musical excellence. These values guide everything the chorus does—on stage and off. In 2023, PDX Voices earned the Evergreen District Chorus Championship, followed by an impressive 12th place finish at the International Barbershop Chorus Championships in Cleveland, Ohio in July 2024. Dedicated to exploring and expanding the future of barbershop harmony, PDX Voices strives for excellence in its craft while delivering innovative, engaging performances to the greater Portland community and audiences beyond.

O-Ton is a barbershop quartet founded in 2015. Rooted in the barbershop tradition, the ensemble nevertheless explores a wide range of musical styles. Alongside classic barbershop arrangements, O-Ton also performs jazz swing and pop repertoire—works chosen for their rich harmonic appeal. Many of these pieces were originally made famous by influential female artists, such as Ella Fitzgerald and Joni Mitchell. O-Ton appears regularly in both competition and concert settings.
Klangküsse has been performing together since 2006, distinguished by great enthusiasm and remarkable stamina. The mixed quartet from the Bonn/Siegburg region addresses themes of love and everyday life through songs drawn from nine decades of jazz and pop history. Klangküsse is a four-time winner of the German Barbershop Quartet Championship and has released two CDs. The ensemble consists of Rabea Steffen (lead), Viola Neuwald-Fernández (tenor), Dagmar Giersberg (baritone), and Roger Hare (bass).
