In four online sessions taking place on Thursdays we dive into tools and practices to integrate active rest and reflection into your daily routines.
In four in-person sessions on the weekends, we deepen the practice and focus on how your body intelligence supports you on your journey of cultivating (self-) kindness.
What to expect:
- in Spring, we pause and observe what ideas we want to see come to live
- in Summer, we test new behaviors and collect feedback
- in Autumn, we harvest and celebrate
- in Winter, we retreat and reflect on the changes we made
