Curious about cold exposure but not sure where to start?
This class is designed for anyone who wants to experience their first guided cold plunge in nature - safely, step by step, and with expert support.
We’ll meet together by the lakeshore, where you’ll get a clear introduction to the basics of cold exposure: how it works, safety guidelines, and what to expect. In an interactive Q&A (30–40 minutes), you can ask questions and learn about preparation, breathing, immersion techniques, and the most effective ways to warm up afterward.
Then comes the practice: each participant will have the chance to try a real cold dip in the lake, guided one-on-one for maximum safety and comfort. Afterward, we’ll warm up with simple exercises and share a short reflection round before heading home - refreshed, empowered, and proud of what you’ve accomplished.
