Renata and Harsh welcome you for a 3-morning practice exploring the Self as a gateway to recognition. Inviting a shift from separation toward lived connection with life.
Through asana, pranayama, meditation, and sound, we journey through the five acts described in non-dual tantric traditions: creation, sustenance, dissolution, concealing, and grace.
Rather than striving to transcend the body, this practice invites us to soften the grip on form, allowing grace to reveal itself as a shift in perception - not an achievement.
Cultivate presence that naturally expresses as clarity, grace, and responsiveness.
