Long Valley Island – Award Night

Long Valley Island ist die neue Zeitinsel der Schweizer Design-Szene – mit internationaler Strahlkraft. Zwei Tage, um offline zu gehen, den Kopf freizubekommen und Impulse für neue Projekte zu sammeln. Hier treffen Designer:innen, Unternehmen und Kulturpersönlichkeiten aufeinander – eine Community, die Ideen anstösst, Kontakte knüpft und Diskussionen weiterträgt. Wer möchte, macht daraus eine Staycation und übernachtet im nahegelegenen Hotel.
Am Freitag beginnt die Reise mit Island Hopping: von der Vernissage in den Ruckstuhl-Hallen führt der Weg in die historische Ofenhalle, wo die Gewinnerprojekte der Edition 25 ausgezeichnet werden – moderiert von Hannes Hug. Anschliessend laden V-ZUG und Zizi Hattab zu einer einzigartigen Food Experience im Teppichlager, ehe Bibinka and the Babes den Abend beschliessen. Ein Programm, das Begegnungen ermöglicht und neue Verbindungen schafft.

Long Valley Island is the new Island of Time for the Swiss design scene – with international appeal. Two days to go offline, clear the mind and gather impulses for new projects. Designers, companies and opinion leaders come together here – a community that sparks ideas, builds connections and carries discussions forward. Those who wish can turn it into a staycation and spend the night in a nearby hotel.
Friday begins with Island Hopping: from the vernissage in the Ruckstuhl halls, the path leads to the historic Ofenhalle, where the winning projects of Edition 25 will be celebrated – hosted by Hannes Hug. Afterwards, V-ZUG and Zizi Hattab invite guests to a unique food experience in the Teppichlager, before Bibinka and the Babes bring the evening to a close. A program that fosters encounters and creates new connections.
