The Buddhist meditation method of Taking & Giving, Tonglen in Tibetan, is extremely versatile: it helps us deal with problems and pain in a calm, courageous and productive manner; it heals old wounds; it opens our hearts and frees us from loneliness; we learn what authentic self-care is; and we are inspired to actualize our potential, our Buddha nature.
