Yes, the donation box can be deactivated in the Pro package.
Unlike other ticketing platforms, we do not charge any fees for tickets. Neither you as the event organiser nor the ticket buyers pay any fees, and we also cover costs such as credit card fees.
With this small contribution, ticket buyers can not only support Eventfrog, but also you as an event organiser and the entire Swiss cultural landscape, so that we can offer our fee-free ticketing in the long term.
Edit the desired event and go to "Payment methods". Under "Voluntary contribution to Eventfrog" you can now tick the checkbox to deactivate the contribution.
