Dieser Retreat ist für alle Bewegungs- & Tanz-Liebhaberinnen!

ALL ARE WELCOME - keine Vorkenntnisse sind nötig.

Ich freue mich so sehr, dich während einem Wochenende in den schönen und nährenden Berner Berge auf verschiedene Arten mit dem TANZ - deinem Ausdruck - zu verbinden.

Durch den Tanz können wir unseren Körper frei ausdrücken lassen, durch den Tanz können wir uns heilen und befreien!

Im Tanz dürfen wir uns verlieren und wieder neu finden.

Es wird Workshops geben, wo du neue Bewegungen lernst, aber auch viel Freiraum hast, dich frei zu bewegen.

Ich freue mich auf ein bewegtes, nährendes und inspirierendes Wochenende mit DIR!

This retreat is for all movement & dance lovers!

ALL ARE WELCOME - no previous knowledge is necessary.

I am so excited to connect you with DANCE - your expression - in different ways during this weekend in the beautiful and nourishing Swiss Mountains.

Through dance we can let our bodies express themselves freely, through dance we can heal and free ourselves!

In dance we can lose ourselves and find ourselves again.

There will be workshops where you will learn new movements but also have a lot of freedom to move freely.

I'm looking forward to a nourishing and inspiring weekend full of MOVEMENT with YOU!

Friday July 25th

4 - 5 pm: Arrival at the venue & 4.30pm Welcoming Snacks

6 - 7 pm: Yoga & Dance Fusion - Move through the Elements

7 pm: Dinner

8.30 - 10 pm: Opening Circle - Setting Intentions - Activating the Feminine within You

Saturday July 26th

8.00 - 9.30 am:  Chakra Dance Journey

9.30 am: Breakfast

12 - 2 pm: Rooting Deep & Shake it! - African Dance & Ragga Dance

2.30 pm: Lunch

Freetime

5 - 7 pm: Cacao Ceremony & Sensual Ecstatic Dance (if possible outside)

7 / 7.30 pm: Dinner

8.30 - 9.30 pm: Blind-Folded Vision Dance Journey - Connect to your essence & the highest version of YOU

from 9.30 pm: Sauna

Sunday July 27th

8.00 - 9.30 am: Shakti Embodiment Practices into Dance

9.30 am: Breakfast

11 - 1pm: Shakti Goddess - Temple Dance “Embodiying our highest vision” & Closing Circle

1.20 pm: Light Lunch

3 pm: Departure

Our VENUE

Our venue is in the Swiss Bernese Mountains @Dao Sparenmoos.

PRICING/ Retreat-costs:

CHF 330.- CHF

First 5 tickets at a SPECIAL of CHF 280.-
AND! 3 tickets are available at the rate of CHF 260.- (for single mums & students)

Accommodation & Food:

—> Accommodation in a double or triple room and vegetarian food
(2 main dishes and light meals/snacks in between).
